Pastor Cliff has planted and developed churches in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Upstate New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and Valerie have been married since 1981 and have four children and ten grandchildren.
